Once you have added 1 or more products to your Cart you will then be able to add a Free Product from the selected products by viewing the Cart Page. Buy 1 = Get 1 FREE, Add more to cart to receive more Free Gifts!

  • The Free/Complimentary item is available in your Cart Page, click the "Bag icon" in the top right hand corner.
  • Once on the Cart Page you need 1 or more items added to your Cart to be given the option to select a Free Item. (Up to 2 FREE Gifts per order)

We aim to fulfill all orders within 2-4 business days and you can expect your parcel within the following week or two from when it leaves our warehouse. When your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

ORDER INFORMATION & CONCERNS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via hello@rosegoldandblack.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Products can be can be exchanged for another product of equal or less value or returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. T&Cs apply. (Returns Info)

We offer returns for all domestic and international orders depending on the state of the returned product. Please contact us via hello@rosegoldandblack.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. For international returns under $125 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

JEWELRY SPECS & WARRANTY

Our leather accessories are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

When shopping for jewelry online it can be difficult to know whether or not you are ordering the right size.

The adjustable clasp allows you to be able to adjust between 'Small, Medium, and Large' (6.5 inches to 7.8inches) to find the perfect fit every time. 

You may return jewelry for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery, or 3 days for a full refund. We are unable to accept any return/exchange if the product is engraved/embossed or shows signs of damage, has been used, or has been altered from it's original condition in any way.

Refunds requested within 3 days of receiving the item will be granted by the original payment method. Refunds requested between 4 and 14 days of receiving the item will be granted in store credit or an exchange.

We have a no change-of-mind returns policy on sale items. All sale items are final. We aim to refund you within 10 Business Days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us to receive the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Twelve Month Warranty — we guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. Any defect detected upon inspecting your order please contact us we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not cover any inappropriate use or abuse of the item under warranty. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized RG&B dealer.
