FREE / COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCT

Once you have added 1 or more products to your Cart you will then be able to add a Free Product from the selected products when on the Cart Page.

  • The Free/Complimentary item is available in your Cart Page, click the "Bag icon" in the top right hand corner.
  • Once on the Cart Page you need 1 or more items added to your Cart to be given the option to select a Free Item.
  • If the option is not available you will need to add at least 1 or more items to your cart for the free product options to appear, add 1 or more items to be able to add your free gift.
  • Once you have added an item to your Cart you will then be able to add a free/complimentary item to your Cart.

Add 1 or more items to your Cart, then click on the "bag icon" in the top right hand corner where you will be able to select a Free Product of your choice.

To be able to Add a Free item you need 1 or more products in your Cart.

JEWELRY SPECS & WARRANTY

Our leather accessories are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

When shopping for jewelry online it can be difficult to know whether or not you are ordering the right size.

The adjustable clasp allows you to be able to adjust between 'Small, Medium, and Large' (6.5 inches to 7.8inches) to find the perfect fit every time. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds requested within 14 days of receiving the item will be granted by the original payment method. Refunds requested between 15 and 30 days of receiving the item will be granted in store credit.

We have a no change-of-mind returns policy on sale items. All sale items are final.Our returns policy on non-sale items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We aim to refund you within 10 Business Days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us to receive the return address.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Twelve Month Warranty — we guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. Any defect detected upon inspecting your order please contact us we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not cover any inappropriate use or abuse of the item under warranty. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized RG&B dealer.

ORDER INFORMATION & CONCERNS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Products can be can be exchanged for another product of equal or less value or returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. T&Cs apply. (Returns Info)

We offer returns for all domestic and international orders depending on the state of the returned product. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.For international returns under $125 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Due to COVID-19, your package may take longer to arrive than usual.Everyone at every stage is working hard to ensure that packages are delivered as fast and as safely as possible, from packing your order in the warehouse, right up until your order is out for delivery.

We're aiming to ship all orders as fast as possible however, packages are experiencing delays in processing and once they're in transit due to limitations caused by COVID-19. Your tracking information will be sent through to your email automatically. If your country is not available in checkout then unfortunately we do not ship to your country at this time (you can message us on Facebook to see if we can add it to the list or make an exception).

The currency displayed while you shop is in US Dollars (USD), unless another currency is selected.
