If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email hello@rosegoldandblack.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation and get a replacement sent out to you ASAP!

Sadly we don't accept the return of sale items. All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from when your RG&B order is delivered.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

We’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

For US, CA, UK, EU, and AU customers, you don’t have to pay anything when you drop your parcel off, however all return parcels are subject to a $4.50 admin fee which will be deducted from your refund.

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get items back to us before being processed by our returns team.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date that our returns team process your return and you are notified of this via email. Please note it can up to fourteen days for your refund to be processed, however, oftentimes it’s much sooner.

If your order has been lost in transit without sufficient proof of postage, we won’t be able to process your return request. However, if you’re able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honor your return with store credit.

Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays. You can expect your parcel within the following week or two from when it leaves our warehouse. When your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking information.
