RG&B's operations continue but delivery times may be longer than usual. To combat COVID-19 and its effects we have put in place policies and procedures to unsure the safety of our customers and staff, while doing our best to get out orders as fast as possible. Due to restrictions in place by some countries. in regards to customs delays and reductions in flights, your package may take longer to arrive than usual. Everyone at every stage is working hard to ensure that packages are delivered as fast and as safely as possible, from packing your order in the warehouse, right up until your order is out for delivery.
We're aiming to ship all orders as fast as possible however, packages are experiencing delays in processing and once they're in transit due to limitations caused by COVID-19. Your tracking information will be sent through to your email automatically. If your country is not available in checkout then unfortunately we do not ship to your country at this time (you can message us on Facebook to see if we can add it to the list or make an exception).
